Rookie cop Kai Eto has joined the Greater Kanto Narcotics Control Division and he's immediately thrown into the line of fire as he goes undercover as an assistant to a drug-addicted actor to discover the secret of a new, highly addictive street drug, Dragon Speed.
Ferdinand at Prospero's Manga gives Switch "2 stars," and finds that the story is "jumpy" and that the conversations between the characters show a lack of cohesiveness.
