2009 Readers Poll: Best New International Manga

2009 gave new meaning to the term “global manga,” as we got new manga-influenced titles by creators from Indonesia, China, Brazil, Argentina, France, Canada, Philippines and of course, the U.S.! After all the votes were counted, 1520 by Hong Kong-based creative team Kai claimed the top spot in the poll.
