When boys meet boys, sometimes sparks fly, and sometimes things get pretty steamy -- or at least that's what happens in yaoi and shonen ai manga. Yaoi manga fans are pretty passionate about their favorite authors and stories, and the voting in this category reflected their enthusiasm. It was close, but in the end, A Foreign Love Affair by Ayano Yamane got a last-minute surge of support to claim first place.
