With his mural completed, Takehiko Inoue signs his name at the bottom of the mural, near Sasaki Kojiro's feet.
Later that evening, Kinokuniya Publications Vice President Shigeharu Ono thanked Inoue for his "gift to our store." Describing the store's second floor as "a creative playground for entertainment and art," Ono said, "I can think of nothing more inspiring than Inoue-sensei's art for this floor."
