After a visit to a piece of Japan's past in Asakusa, we then headed to Akihabara, the home of the latest and greatest gadgets, electronic gear and of course, lots and lots of manga, anime and collectibles.
The Akihabara branch of Mandarake included several floors of new, used and rare collectible comics, toys, anime cells, and costumes including these monster figures, some that had asking prices at over $2,000.
