Yotsuba is a green-haired girl who just moved into the neighborhood with her father. Always upbeat and endlessly curious, Yotsuba is seems oddly unaware of the everyday things that her neighbors take for granted. Air conditioning, fireworks, fishing -- all the small pleasures of summer become that much more special (and funny) when seen through Yotsuba's eyes.
