Del Rey Manga and Marvel Comics announced their upcoming collaboration on new manga versions of the popular mutant superheroes The X-Men and Wolverine.
As part of the presentation, Del Rey Manga Associate Publisher Dallas Middaugh showed a few preliminary character sketches by Anzu (the artist for the upcoming OEL manga series, The Reformed), including this set of sketches for the shojo manga X-Men featuring Magneto.
Look for the shojo manga version of The X-Men to appear in bookstores in 2009.
