Manga creator Svetlana Chmakova had lots to celebrate at the NYAF. Her third volume of Dramacon was released with a launch party at the TokyoPop booth, and she made an appearance at Saturday's Yen Press panel to talk about Night School, her new series that will debut in the pages of Yen Plus magazine in summer 2008.
