Del Rey Manga and Marvel Comics announced their upcoming collaboration on new manga versions of the popular mutant superheroes The X-Men and Wolverine.
As part of the presentation, Del Rey Manga Associate Publisher Dallas Middaugh showed a few preliminary character sketches by Anzu (the artist for the upcoming OEL manga series, The Reformed), including this set of sketches featuring Jean Grey.
Look for the shojo manga version of The X-Men and the shonen manga version of Wolverine to appear in bookstores in 2009.
