Literally translates as "comics for men" or specifically, to male readers between the ages of 18 - 30, although men in their 40's and 50's also read seinen titles. Seinen manga stories usually feature more mature, complex themes than shonen manga. Explicit sex or violent scenes may also be included in the story.
