It's Saturday, so that means it's Day 2 of New York Anime Festival at the Jacob K. Javits Center. There's a full day of fun ahead, including concerts, comedy, cosplay, fashion shows, anime screenings, maid cafes and yep, manga happenings too, as Del Rey Manga and Bandai Entertainment showcase what's new and cool for the rest of 2009 and beyond.
Special guest Yui Makino will be singing her heart out at 11:30 am, Gundam guru Yoshiyuki Tomino will answering your questions at his Q&A session at 1:45 pm, and the entire English voice cast for Soul Eater will be on hand to preview three episodes of this upcoming FUNimation release too.
Doors open at 10:00 am today, and the exhibit hall stays open until 7:00 pm. Anime and movie screenings start at 11:00 am and continue through 10:00 pm. The World Cyber Games Finals continue today in the back of Hall B too.

Japanese pop songstress Yui Makino performs some of her greatest hits from some of your favorite anime series, including Aria and Tsubasa. -
12:15 pm - 1:15 pm: Bandai Industry Panel at Room 1A24
Hang around after the Del Rey Manga panel and check out Bandai's latest offerings in anime and manga. So you loved the Eureka Seven movie, and you laughed yourself silly reading the Lucky Star manga? See what else they've got on the schedule for the rest of 2009 and into 2010. -

Meet and greet the entire voice cast from FUNimation's release of Soul Eater, based on the manga by Atsushi Ohkubo. -
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Yoshiyuki Tomino Autograph Session in Room 1A01
Gundam fans take note! If you'd like your prized Gundam memorabilia signed by Tomino-san, you'll want to pick up your tickets at the Autograph booth in the NYAF lobby from 8:30 am on Saturday morning. Tickets are limited, so get there early or risk being bummed. Really, really bummed. -
4:15 pm - 5:15 pm and 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Charity Auction in Room 1A21
Get your hands on some exclusive and one-of-a-kind goodies from NYAF's special guests at this charity auction. The event will be hosted by Jamie McGonnigal, and all profits are being donated to the Open Center, a non-profit holistic learning center in NYC.. -
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm: Yume Cosplay Masquerade at ANA Theater, Room 1A08-12
See some dazzling costumes and well, some pretty dumb skits at the Yume Cosplay Masquerade. This year's contestants are competing to win a 5-day trip to Japan to check out the Tokyo Anime Fair, plus get $1,000 to blow on all the Japanese joy they can fit into two suitcases. -
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Anime and Manga Blogger Roundtable at Room 1A21
What? You say you're not into watching elaborate costumes and skits? You can hang out with me and nine other bloggers as we talk about anime, manga, conventions, fandom and well, each other. Just to make it worth your while, we'll be giving out free schwag -- rilly cool schwag. Will cosplayers give you that? I think not! Who loves ya baby?
