NY Times Manga Bestsellers: Tegami Bachi, InuYasha Debut in Top 10
This week's edition of the New York Times Graphic Books list was posted on Friday morning and while there wasn't much change in the top 5, two new VIZ Media titles made their debut on the list.
Tegami Bachi Volume 1, the first volume of Hiroyuki Asada's fantasy adventure series about a young mailman in training, and his quest to find his mother makes its chart debut at #8. Meanwhile, the 40th volume of Rumiko Takahashi's perennially popular InuYasha squeaks in at the #10 slot. Also of note: Naruto Volume 43 returned to the top 10 -- it was last featured in this list way back on August 1.
Meanwhile, on the paperback graphic books chart, X-Men: Misfits nudged up a notch from last week's top 10 to claim the #8 spot.
