Day of the Dead: 13 Creepy Ghosts and Zombies Manga

Last year, I compiled a list of 13 horror manga that spanned the range from kinda cute to incredibly creepy. But that was just a taste of the spooky stories available at your local bookstore and comic shop.

Now with so much more to choose from, I decided to dig a little deeper and find even more tales of horror. So first up are the tales of the dead, the almost dead, and the undead, a.k.a. ghosts and zombies manga.

What keeps the dead lingering in the land of the living? Is it the need for revenge? A longing for lost love? Or is it just the simple need to munch on some humans?

These 13 tales of the supernatural are pretty diverse. Some are spooky and creepy, while others are silly and a few are even romantic. From gorey ghouls in Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service and Reiko the Zombie Shop to the lovesick spirits in Yurara and Kieli, there's something for almost any taste.
