Comic-Con '08: Hiro Mashima's Speed Drawing Manga Demo

Fans who made it into Saturday afternoon's Hiro Mashima Spotlight Panel, hosted by Del Rey Manga got a real treat: a chance to see a professional manga-ka in action. This sequence is just a few of the shots that document his sketch of Natsu, the hero of Fairy Tail, from beginning to end -- a process that took less than five minutes to complete. Phew.
