Top 10 New Manga Spotlighted at Anime Expo '08

After four days of Anime Expo, and sitting through about a dozen manga publishers' and manga-related panels, I'm pretty manga-ed out. But after seeing what the folks at VIZ Media, TokyoPop, Go! Comi, CMX Manga, Dark Horse Manga, Digital Manga Publishing and Aurora Publishing / Luv Luv had to announce, I thought I'd compile a top 10 manga list of the titles that I'm most looking forward to reading and the trends that felt most buzz-worthy to me.

As I was compiling this list, I noticed that half are essentially shojo manga titles, and three are Hana to Yume manga from Hakusensha. I wonder if the publishers are waiting until San Diego Comic-Con later this month to announce any new shonen and seinen manga licenses...
