The wait is over! Broccoli Books has fully launched their web site for their new boys love / yaoi manga imprint Boysenberry Books. The new site offers story summaries, artwork and cover art previews for their new and upcoming releases for 2007 - 2008, including:
- Pet on Duty by Nase Yamato (on sale now) - Cutie-pie teen Mizuki has lost his job, so he crashes at his older brother's corporate dorm. The older guys in the dorm (and from the looks of the cover, there are handsome guys galore there) treat Mizuki like a mascot, including his brother's intimidating roommate Toru. When Toru starts treating Mizuki with kindness, Mizuki starts to feel like he'd like to be more than a pet to Toru.
- Delivery Cupid by CJ Michalski (on sale now) - Winged Tsubasa is half human, half angel and is a cupid in training. Norimasa is a less-than-scrupulous guy who loves, leaves and squeezes money out of his hapless female conquests. When Tsubasa is charged to help Norimasa mend his ways and find true love, he accidentally pokes himself with the arrow meant for Norimasa. Could these two mismatched souls really be meant to fall in love with each other?
- Sex Friend by Koreaki Kamuro (on sale December 12, 2007)- Kyoichi and Yoh are childhood friends whose friendship has evolved into a 'friends with benefits' arrangement. Yoh is not into anything too heavy or serious, but Kyoichi aches for their relationship to be something more. Can he convince Yoh that there's also benefits to being more than just friends?
- Cigarette Kisses by Nase Yamato (on sale July 2008) - A second Boysenberry title from Nase Yamato, again with hunky professional men in love. School friends Yusuke and Soji have been attracted to each other for years, but have never acted upon it. Now the two work at the same company, but Soji is married. As the pair rediscover their friendship at the company smoke break room, Soji must wrestle with his martial obligations and Yusuke must decide whether he should hold on to his feelings for Soji or if he should succumb to the advances from his new suitor Masahito.
